Forms Of Payment

• Cash or Traveler Check
• Local Personal Checks sourced in NH, VT, MA
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or Discover must be submitted at time of reservation

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation will be charged a $50.00 fee
• Cancellations within 6 hours of reservation will be charged full fare

Surcharges

• We do not surcharge for luggage on Private (Sedan or Van Charter) Services.  
• * It is -important- you advise us at time of Reservation of any baggage in excess of two (except carry on), or oversize equipment such as: skis, golf clubs, kennels, or bicycles so we may consign the appropriate vehicle for your travel  
• * For Driver / Passenger / Vehicle safety, Oversize equipment may be subject to & require a vehicle service upgrade (Sedan to Van), depending on size
• All Sedan prices accommodate up to 3 passengers on the same reservation
• Additional holiday rate of $50.00 on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day
• Fuel surcharges may be applied because of fluctuating fuel prices

Terms

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Baggage Allowance: Two suitcases and one carry-on. Additional and/or oversize items, subject to additional charge. Passenger must advise Thomas Transportation of additional items at time of reservation
• Thomas Transportation is not responsible for luggage lost or left in vehicles. Passengers are accountable for checking all luggage and items into and out of vehicles
• Thomas Transportation is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including weather and traffic conditions
• Closed Christmas Eve and after 5pm on New Year's Eve
• Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
